How do I know if a client’s trade failed due to low margin or any reason ?

  Sometimes a client withdraws money from their broker and doesn’t tell me. If I place a trade and it fails in their account because of “Insufficient Funds,” how will I know? I don’t want to log in to 10 different broker apps every day to check. So is there anything that solves this ?
