Since the new 2026 rules, my bot keeps getting “Order Rejected: Market Orders not allowed for Algos.”

I switched to Limit orders, but they just sit in the order book while the price flies away.

I tried placing a Limit at the current LTP, but by the time the request hits the exchange, the price has already moved 0.1%. How can I get a 100% fill rate like a Market order while staying compliant with the Limit-only rule?

Yes, so the solution that we provided in AlgoDelta is we can modify the order if the price changes.

So, it’s like telling the exchange that “I want to buy up to this high price,” which effectively fills you instantly at the best available seller’s price, just like a Market order, but with a “safety cap.”. For more you can explore the more feature or contact support.

    • Ohk, so that’s how the order placement is working at present. Thanks for the clarification that you provided. – Sejpalsinh Jadeja Team Jul 28
